Acceptance of orders
Elli no1 reserves the right to remove or edit content or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you. Once orders have been submitted you will receive an automated order confirmation e-mail. Before your order can be accepted the debit or credit card details you give to us will be validated. We will then send to you an automated Delivery confirmation e-mail that your order has been accepted, subject to availability of products, pricing, volume issues or any other substantial reason. Our acceptance of your order brings about a legally binding agreement between us. All orders are subject to availability. Payment will be debited to your account before dispatch of your order. We accept payment by most debit or credit cards. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery.

Pricing
Elli no1 has taken care to ensure prices shown in the Shop Online section of the website are accurate. However, prices may change from time to time. In the event of an incorrect price, promotion or offer, Elli no1 reserves the right to rectify such error in a reasonable and timely manner. Prices shown include VAT, where applicable.

Your right to cancel
The Elli no1 guarantee offers a 100% satisfaction promise, so if you don't like any of your purchases for whatever reason, simply return them within 7 days and we'll give you a replacement or your money back (special terms apply to certain products). The Elli no1 guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and provides you with the right of cancellation and withdrawal from the contract.
